Join us for this first meeting of MSOP's 24-25 season starting with a presentation and demonstration by Robyn Abrams of Picassiette (using china plates) method and beads. Attendees will have the option to participate in a hands-on project, learning more about using different adhesives to create dimension.
The meeting is free to attend however, there will be a small additional material cost of $7.00 to participate in the project, payable at registration. Please note that the deadline to register to participate in the project ends on 9/8/24. Registration will remain open to the day of the meeting for those attending without participating in the project.
Project participants should bring their own tile or wheeled nippers and tweezers. Small scissors are also recommended. This fun mixed media project uses stranded beads, single beads and china plates. These are placed on Wedi and uses 3 different types of adhesives, starting with one idea and building on it as you go.
